The Board of Management has overall responsibility for the school’s finance, maintenance, and staffing as well as for the ratification of the school plan and policies.  The Board comprises of two nominees of the Patron, Bishop Michael Duignan, two extra members proposed by these nominees, two elected parents’ representatives, the Principal and one member of the teaching staff.  The term of office for the Board of Management is four years.
