Our Allianz Pupil Personal Accident School Group Insurance policy covers your child for medical and dental expenses, which you incur following an accident, that are not recoverable from another source.
You are invited to join our Allianz Pupil Personal Accident School Group Insurance policy and an application form for your child is enclosed. Please return the completed application form to your school along with your premium payment. A Fair Processing Notice is also attached confirming that your Data Controller is Allianz plc and telling you how Allianz plc use your information.
